Police-Involved Shooting Under Investigation In Hanover
HANOVER, Md. (WJZ) -- An officer-involved shooting is under investigation in Anne Arundel County.
Police were responding to a burglary at the Baltimore Washington Auto Outlet in Hanover when one of the suspects ran to a stolen vehicle.
Police say the suspect drove the red 2005 Chevy Corvette toward an officer.
A second officer then fired his service weapon at the vehicle, which fled south on 295.
It is unclear if the suspect was struck.
Police say a silver-colored 2007 Mercedes Benz CL 550 was also stolen from the business.
