WEATHER BLOG: Rain Coming

April will be coming to an end on a wet note as a slow-moving, very moist system pushes east between now and Thursday.

Our area will likely pick up a good 3-5" of rainfall by the time it is all said and done. Occassional rainfall is expected Monday night and Tuesday.

Heavy rainfall is forecast to move in Tuesday night through Wednesday night which has prompted a Flash Flood Watch for areas west of the bay during that time period. Models are indicating that we could see a round of strong and possibly severe t-storms Wednesday and Wednesday night, but that is something we will have to closely monitor.
