Crews Put Out Fire Involving 3 Propane Trucks

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick County fire officials say crews extinguished a blaze involving three propane delivery trucks.

The fire was reported early Saturday morning in the supply yard at an AmeriGas facility.

Firefighters arrived to find the cabs of three trucks ablaze. The trucks had stored propane on board, and propane storage tanks and other delivery trucks were nearby.

Crews were able to isolate the fires and prevent any hazardous materials from igniting. The blaze was extinguished in about an hour.

Officials say the origin and cause of the fire are under investigation.
