BALTIMORE (AP) -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is unveiling its new immigration-benefits office in Baltimore.

The USCIS will celebrate the office's grand opening on Friday, with a dedication ceremony honoring Adolphe Libaire, who was awarded a Medal of Honor for service during the Civil War. USCIS Director Lori Scialabba will also issue an Oath of Allegiance to 25 teenagers from 17 countries.

The new office is designed to offer a range of services including naturalization interviews and permanent resident processing.
