Man Sentenced To 20 Years For Producing Child Porn
GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- A Calvert County man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for inappropriately touching a minor and taking pictures of his actions while she slept.
David Wayne Sweet Jr., 24, of St. Leonard was also ordered to register as a sex offender at sentencing Monday in federal court in Greenbelt.
According to his plea agreement, on Sept. 19, Calvert County Sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant on Sweet's home as part of an investigation into alleged drug crimes. Prosecutors say Sweet's cell phone was seized and investigators found 24 sexually explicit images of a prepubescent girl.
