Baltimore Co. Police Investigating Windsor Mill Homicide
WINDSOR Mill, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police investigate a homicide in Windsor Mill.
Police say it happened around midnight.
Danard Norris, 25, was found lying in the street in the 3600-block of Derby Shire Circle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit is investigating and is still unsure of a motive.
