Plenty of sunshine to kick off the first full Saturday of summer 2014! Highs will make it into the mid 80s. We’ll be rather quiet on Sunday as well, however clouding up by the afternoon and evening.
It is possible for the western third of the state to end up with a shower or thunderstorm through the weekend, but I-95 and east will be very pleasant. Heat and humidity will be on the increase this week and southerly flow brings the mercury back up into the low/mid 90s by the middle of the week.
Our weather pattern will also be turning unsettled during the same time period as a cold front approaches from the west.
Wednesday looks to be the most unsettled day for now with showers and thunderstorms, and this will probably linger into Thursday as well.
We should clear and dry out just in time for a fabulous Fourth of July weekend!
