Richard Justice of joins Scott and Femi to discuss Manny Machado’s suspension, as well as the current outlook of the AL East standings.

Although Justice described the outcome of Machado’s suspension as “fair,” he also stood firm on Machado reaching his full potential in the majors.
“There were periods last year where [Manny] was one of the best five players in baseball. We have to keep in mind that he’s 22 years old.”

What’s more, Justice considers the AL East to be a three-team race at this point, but with the Redsox being the third team in the race along with Baltimore and Toronto, not the Yankees. “It’s pretty much a coin-flip between those three teams.”
