Another day, another Shia LaBeouf meltdown. The actor and beloved child star, who recently turned 28, found himself in trouble again last week after being arrested for disorderly conduct, trespass, and harassment at Studio 54 in New York City during the production of the Broadway musical "Cabaret." Reports have said everything from LaBeouf smoking in the audience to slapping the back of a person's head who was sitting in front of him.

This week, LaBeouf's publicist Melissa Kates made an announcement that the actor would be receiving treatment for problems with alcohol. But just to be clear: he is not checking into rehab. Instead, he's being treated voluntarily for alcoholism.

A star of the popular sitcom "Designing Women" passed away earlier this week. Meshach Taylor, known for his role on the CBS show as well as his many roles in television, died of an ongoing battle with cancer at age 67 on Saturday, according to his agent. The actor passed in the presence of his family and loved one, including his son and his 100-year old mother.

"For all the people that have given premature condolences: don't feel bad. I am happy to feel the love. My Dad has not passed just yet, but he has begun to actively transition. Thanks again everyone for your kind words during this tough time," Taylor's son Tariq said in a statement released right before his father's passing.

As if we needed another sign that Beyonce runs the world, Forbes announced this week that the "Drunk In Love" singer topped their Celebrity 100 List beating out Oprah Winfrey and NBA star LeBron James. The diva has her massive number of shows, H&M and Pepsi endorsements, and House of Dereon clothing line to thank, all of which helped her bring in around $115 million between June 1st 2013 and June 1st 2014.

While rumors continue to whirl about her husband Jay Z's alleged infidelity, Bey is laughing all the way to the bank. Oh, and apparently remixing lyrics about the supposed infidelity.

5. What A Twist: LiLo Sues "Grand Theft Auto"

In other child star news, Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of the video game "Grand Theft Auto V" for using her image and creating a character based on her without her permission. The suit was filed Wednesday and alleges that a character named Lacey Jonas is an "unequivocal" reference to Lohan, stating that her image, voice and style are all portrayed in the game.

Furthermore, the game seems to be a direct representation of Lohan's life featuring the Chateau Marmont, where Lohan once lived, as well as depicting the game's character avoiding paparazzi, much like Lohan does on a regular basis.  At least this time Lohan is on the other side of the courtroom.
