Brent Harris of Comcast Sportsnet joined Glenn and Bob on Sports Rehab to discuss the opening of Ravens training camp and the announcement the Ray Rice suspension.
The Ravens now know that they’ll be without starting running back Ray Rice for the first two games of the 2014 season after NFL Commissioner Roger Goddell handed down the punishment on Thursday. Rice will also be fined a third game check as part of the crime. This news comes on the heels of an offseason where several Ravens got in trouble with the law. When asked who will replace Ray Rice in the lineup, Harris replied “I think you’ll see a heavy dose of Bernard Pierce and Lorenzo Taliaferro. The coaching staff will have to figure out how to divide the carries during preseason games.”
