AACo Police Search For Suspected Burglar

JESSUP, Md. (WJZ) -- Anne Arundel County police are searching for the man they say robbed a home on Jessup Road.

According to police, the victim had returned from work and heard noise coming from the top level of his home. The man went outside to call police. He said at that point, he saw a strange man leaving with a bag full of his personal items and jewelry.

After a brief fight, the suspect got into his vehicle and fled south on Rt. 295. The victim got into his own car and followed him until he rammed the suspect's car on Laurel Fort Meade Road.

At that point, each man got out of their respective cars. The victim was able to take several pictures of the suspect, who then fled on foot.

The suspect's car was a rental car. Between that and the photos, police were able to identify him as Rasean M. Aldridge. Aldridge is still at large.
