Balt. Police Commissioner Promises To Arrest 3-Year-Old's Killer By End Of Week
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A bold promise from Police Commissioner Anthony Batts in the murder investigation of a three-year-old.
He's promised to arrest her killer by the end of the week.
Batts made the vow Tuesday night as he and other city officials gathered as part of a National Night Out protesting violence.
The focus was on little Mckenzie Elliott, the toddler who was killed during a drive-by shooting Friday on Old York Road.
Police do have a person of interest in custody but they have not been charged.
