BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WJZ) — Several suspects are arrested after an attempted burglary at an Anne Arundel County department store.

Police first responded to an alarm at Rose’s Store in the 5100 Block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park.

When officers arrived, they saw several suspects run from the rear of the store. The officers then discovered that the rear door of the store was open and merchandise was located outside of the store.

Officers then set-up a perimeter and quickly apprehended three of the five suspects. A fourth suspect was then arrested a short time later.

Shane McGovern, 19, was charged with burglary. The three other suspects were all juvenile males, between 13 and 15 years old.
