Pa. Man Dead In Motorcycle Crash In Md.
TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Authorities in Baltimore County say a motorcycle driver from Pennsylvania is dead after a crash in Maryland.
Officials say the crash happened Saturday around 2 p.m. in the area of Old York Road and Lentz Road in Parkton. Authorities say an initial investigation found the motorcycle was driving eastbound on Old York Road when it struck the rear of a 2014 Ford Escort that had stopped to make a left turn. The motorcycle then traveled onto westbound Old York Road and was struck by a 2014 Honda CR-V.
Authorities say the motorcycle driver was declared deceased at the scene. He was identified as 51-year-old Joseph Zutell Jr. of Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania. No one else was injured in the crash.
