Armed Suspect Flees Glen Burnie Tanning Salon With Money

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Anne Arundel County are searching for an armed robbery suspect.

Officers first responded to the Palm Beach Tanning Salon in the 100-block of Wellham Avenue.

They learned a black male in his 20s had entered the business, displaying a handgun, and demanded money.

The manager told police the suspect then took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the business on foot.

The man is described as being approximately 5'9" tall, wearing black long sleeves, a black mask and gloves.
