We Won't Stop: O's Fans Prepare For ALCS Game 3---Now Held Tuesday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Gearing up for game three. Monday night, the Orioles will face the Kansas City Royals in the ALCS. This time, it'll be on their turf---but it will now be held Tuesday. Fans are hoping for a little Orioles magic as the Birds try to battle back and rally on the road.

Rochelle Ritchie spoke with fans who aren't giving up on an ALCS comeback.

Orioles fans say they put the "O" in hope so they are not giving up just yet and believe the team can bounce back.

O's fans at Pickles Pub say the idea of losing hope in the Orioles is not even an option and they are counting on Orioles magic to pull out a win against the Kansas City Royals.

"You never let go of hope," a fan said.

"Everyone still has faith in the team," another said.

"We won our division so that's a step in the right direction," a fan said.

Fans say the losses haven't been severe but the team has to find a way to close it out.

"We're only down one or two runs each game. It's the final drive, that's what they need," fan Dan Harvey said.

"We as fans and a team always come back and do it and that is kind of the Baltimore way," fan Jason Karimy said.

Fans say while the O's may be down two games, the Royals don't have a strong record when it comes to winning at home.

"The Royals aren't that good at home. The Orioles' away record is really good. They are going to take two out of three in Royalstown and come back here and win it in seven. They got it," fan Jimmy Sherman said.

O's fans say the team has all it needs to put a stop to the Royals' winning streak and get back to their chance at a World Series.

"They gotta win this. No doubt about it," fan Lee Everette said.

Game three will now be held Tuesday evening at 8. Game four will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. and game five, if necessary, will be held Thursday at 4. All games will be shown on TBS.
