Possible Photo Of Murder Victim's Body Posted To Jailed Suspect's Facebook Page

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—An investigation is underway in Baltimore City after a disturbing photo appears on the Facebook page of an accused killer.

According to our media partner, The Baltimore Sun, the image was posted on Jermaine Jackson's Facebook page Monday afternoon. It reportedly showed a large object—possibly the murder victim—wrapped in a sheet and plastic on a basement floor.

Jackson has been held at Central Booking without bond since Sunday. Police do not believe the image--which has been removed-- was posted from jail. Police could not confirm if the image was, in fact, the victim's body.

Police say Jackson stabbed his boyfriend, 28-year-old Andre Nicholas, inside his mother's home over the weekend.

Jackson confessed to the murder to his mom, according to charging documents.

Jackson's mother told police when she left her home in the 2500-block of Garret Avenue last Friday morning, Jackson was in the basement with a friend. When she returned home around 6 p.m. to cook dinner, Jackson came up from the basement and told her there was a dead body in his bed. Jackson then told his mom to get her important papers because they needed to get out of the house. When she asked him what happened, Jackson told her that he stabbed and choked Nicholas, who he says wanted him to do something he didn't want to do. She then walked partway down the steps and saw what she believed to be a body wrapped in plastic on the defendant's bed. She then called police.

Investigators found Nicholas' body wrapped in a sheet and plastic suffering from apparent stab wounds. Nicholas was pronounced dead on the scene.

Jackson, also 28, is facing first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault and dangerous weapon charges.
