The Secret Service has identified that man as 23-year-old Dominic Adesanya of Bel Air.

Fox News cameras captured Adesanya as he jumped over the fence from Pennsylvania Avenue onto the White House lawn. The video showed him trying to fight off Secret Service dogs as he attempted to evade capture.

The White House was put on lockdown as a precaution.

Adesanya---who was unarmed---was quickly subdued by Secret Service.

He was taken to the hospital.

The two Secret Service dogs injured also received medical treatment.

Charges are now pending against Adesanya.

A LinkedIn page matching his name claims he is a student at Stevenson University and previously attended Harford Community College.
