WEATHER BLOG: Thursday
We have a pretty good looking stretch of weather taking shape. The storm off of the coast is almost out of our hair. But, we will still have gusty winds to deal with through the night and much of the day tomorrow. It will be a little milder during the afternoon tomorrow. The forecast over the weekend looks pretty good. There will be a front passing through Saturday night.
It will hardly be noticeable. No rain is expected with the frontal passage. Temperatures Saturday could sneak past the high, but 67 should be close. We will have a gusty northwest wind on Sunday. But, with good mixing and a down-sloping flow, it should turn out rather mild. So, the temperature was take up a few degrees this days.
Early next week looks fantastic at this point. High pressure should be overhead Monday. Then we get a couple dry days with southwest flow on Tuesday and Wednesday. I like the 70s we have posted these days. I really do not know what to say about late next week. The models are going nuts. But, you have to take these runs with a grain of salt, especially with the issues with the satellites.
