Child, 6, Struck By Car In Anne Arundel County
LAUREL, Md. (WJZ) -- A six-year-old child was struck by a car in Anne Arundel County Sunday.
Police say the accident occurred on Wye Mills Street in a Laurel residential neighborhood.
The child was flown to Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C. with serious injuries.
Police say the driver who struck the child remained on the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
