WEATHER BLOG: Cold Is Coming

Well it's on our doorstep...the Arctic cold that is. By tomorrow morning temperatures which were close to 50 on Monday afternoon, will have dropped into the low to mid 20's and with a breeze to boot it will feel more like the teens! Tuesday afternoon will struggle to reach 32 degrees even with a good deal of sunshine on tap. Winds tomorrow will keep the windchills again all afternoon in the upper teens to low 20's. Tomorrow will be the coldest day since last March 12th in the region. By Wednesday the winds will not be as strong but temperatures will still be unseasonably cold for November. Slightly warmer air will arrive on Thursday as we get back into the 40's. My advice for the next two days is to dress for a January like day with hats, gloves, scarves a necessity!
