Injury Report: Ravens Close To Full Strength For Game Against Saints

The Ravens have dealt with nothing but injuries for the majority of the season. But with their bye week in their rear view mirror, Baltimore looks to get healthy for the Monday Night Football game against the New Orleans Saints.
The Ravens offense has sputtered over the past few weeks. They would like to get more playmakers on the field to help make Joe Flacco’s job a little bit easier. Unfortunately, rookie wide receiver Michael Campanaro will not be healthy enough to play against the Saints on Monday. He suffered a pretty serious hamstring injury against the Bengals back in October and has yet to return to action. Baltimore was hoping that Campanaro would be healthy enough to return after the bye but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Some of the Ravens’ other playmakers will have to step up in his absence.
Jah Reid is ruled out of the Saints game as well with a hand injury. But his teammate Marshal Yanda should be a go for Monday. Yanda has been dealing with a knee injury for a few weeks and has played through it for the good of the team. His injury has greatly affected his play on the field. Friday and Saturday were days in which Yanda practiced fully. It’s been the first time in a while since he’s been able to participate fully in consecutive practices. That’s a good sign for the offensive line and a good sign for the Ravens.
The Ravens aren’t the only team dealing with injuries as the Saints were dealt a huge blow with the loss of Brandin Cooks to injury with a broken thumb. He was sent on injured reserve and his season is over. Khiry Robinson is dealing with a forearm injury and is ruled out for the game on Sunday.
