Marylanders Raise More Than $8 Million On #GivingTuesday
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Marylanders were in the giving spirit on Tuesday.
As the Maryland Gives More campaign reported, Marylanders raised $8,336,597.51 as a part of #GivingTuesday, a national campaign to raise money for various charities during the holiday season.
Last year, Baltimore was named one of the most generous cities and Maryland raised more than $5.7 million in a day.
