Montgomery County Police Investigate Fatal Crash

COLESVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County police are investigating a fatal car crash.

Police said Friday that 46-year-old Ronald Taylor of Silver Spring was driving his 1996 Ford Mustang west on Randolph Road in Colesville on Thursday night when he lost control, crossed two lanes and hit a 2007 Ford Mustang traveling in the same direction.

Taylor then crossed back across the lanes, and hit a center median and trees before coming to a rest.

Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics attempted life-saving measures. The driver of the other Mustang, a 29-year-old Laurel man, was not hurt.
