Police Investigating Homicide In Prince George's County

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police are investigating a homicide in Croom.

Police say officers were called to the 700 block of Crain Highway in Croom just before 3 a.m. on Sunday for a report of a shooting. When they arrived the officers discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say detectives do not believe this was a random act. Police say no arrests have yet been made.
