Man Reportedly Shot In Face In Northeast Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police were called to the scene of a shooting in Northeast Baltimore on Saturday night.
Shots fired just after 10:00 p.m. in the 4400 block of Franconia Drive, police said.
City police believe the victim, 28-year-old Jason Ballard, was shot in the face.
