WEATHER BLOG: More Snow Coming

We have had a weather filled morning around the region, with a few inches of snow north and west of the city this morning.

Predominantly, rain feel around BWI with 1.01" as of 4 AM. Rain will taper this afternoon and could end as some light snow. Due to temperatures in the mid to upper 30s, any snow that falls should not stick.

High pressure will briefly control out weather tonight into Sunday, before our next chance for snow comes Monday. Guidance is tracking this low near the region, and re-developing it off the coast of New England. As of now, anything we receive appears to be during Sunday night and during the day Monday. Initial indications point to around 3-6 inches of snowfall accumulation.

High pressure will then regain control of our weather through the end of the week.
