Marty Hurney Says We Are Missing The Point On Deflate Gate
Marty Hurney is the former GM of the Carolina Panthers who is now a radio personality in Charlotte.
Marty joined Ed and Steve to talk about deflate gate and his feelings on Bill Belichick.
Marty started off by talking about deflate gate and the public missing the point saying "it's funny because when I started the radio show in Charlotte I was doing it because I want to add another perspective from someone who was in the league...I think we're missing the point here it goes back to Spy-gate and the rumors through 2001 and 2007, is that a pattern of behavior." As for the NFL destroying evidence in the spy-gate scandal Marty said "it makes you think why would you shred evidence unless there was something there." Marty also talked about whether or not he would give Ray Rice a second chance if he was a GM.
