Are The Ravens In On Brandon Marshall?

Rumors have been swirling around Chicago Bears Wide Receiver Brandon Marshall and his desire to play for the Baltimore Ravens with the most recent report surfacing this week following Marshall's interview with Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh. The reports of Marshall's interest began after Baltimore hired former Bears Head Coach Marc Trestman as their new Offensive Coordinator, and since the story gained some traction. So with fans interested Scott Garceau and Terry Ford discuss Brandon Marshall and other Wide Receivers the Ravens could be in on. Scott thinks the Ravens could make a move on the star Chicago wide out, but only at the right price. "Right player, right price. You look around the league and there aren't many teams that couldn't use a Brandon Marshall. But at what price?"

Terry is a fan of the move but only if Baltimore gets the Brandon Marshall of 2013. "Remember Marshall was hurt last year, put up some great numbers the year before in the Trestman offense. I think he's 31 now and he totally changed himself and he's 180 what he used to be. Again what is he going to cost you? And we've seen it, the teams with these upper echelon diva receivers or the big time big name guys, they don't win Super Bowls."

Current Ravens Wide Receiver Steve Smith Sr. seemed happy with his role in the Ravens offense last year. Scott questions what his role will be moving forward. "After the final game he was quoted as 'I'm coming back!' And the next thing I heard the Ravens are saying take a few weeks to think about this. Did I miss something?"
