Man Who Forced Lockdown At Dogwood Elem. Awaits Extradition to Md.

WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ)—Authorities say the man who caused a lockdown at Dogwood Elementary School remains in custody in Delaware on Thursday afternoon.

On Wednesday police were called to the Kingswood Common Condominiums after a woman told police her husband stabbed her with a knife then threatened to kill their daughter.

Authorities say the suspect, who is not being identified at this time, traveled to Penn Station in Baltimore City eventually ending up in Delaware where he was captured.

He is currently awaiting extradition to Maryland.

The mother suffered minor injuries. She refused to be taken to the hospital.
