WEATHER BLOG: Colder Weather
HI Everyone!
Ok, so the cold weather hit we have been discussing is almost here. But in reality Winter is in the top of the 7th. The days are getting longer, the normal daytime high continues to rise every few days, and Spring is in the bullpen warming up. If you love Winter then you need to relish, and embrace the next few days. Find your coziest stuff, make your fav comfort food, binge on some TV series, and in general "have at it."
For the rest of us, just enjoy the longer days and realize that Spring is just 5 weeks away. Throw on some Jimmy Buffett, laugh in the face of Winter. Have an inside cookout. Make this Valentine's weekend a mental beach party.
(BTW today's record high is 73 degrees set in 1999. The record low 5 in 1899. Today's 40 pretty much right in between.)
I just had a thought. If the state had a cold tax….nah forget it
