WEATHER BLOG: Could Record Lows Be Set?
Hi Everyone,
OK we know it's cold. We know it is going to get colder. My bigger issue is that every darn piece of computer equipment I TOUCHED today did not work. ( I am now, even, afraid to go to the bathroom.) Ever had a morning like that? Oh, and the remote control we call the "twanger" failed. (Ever had a morning like that?) Cold is a pain, but this is a pain in the….I better finish this blog before this machine goes South.
Speaking of which this Arctic front moving through, later, with some non impact snow showers, it is going to blast as far South as South of Key West. Friday's daytime high in Key West is in the mid 50's. Do they even own coats down there? Trust me this will be a significant hit of cold. But we have know about this for a while. Just bear down, and it will pass. By Sunday another storm moves toward the East but we will be well into the warm side of it. Sunday we will see 50 easy. Here though are the numbers for the next two days before wind chill.

Thursday's record low is 5 set in 1903
Friday's record low is 4 set in 1979
If this were December, or even January, we would have reason to be really depressed, but we are only 31 days away from the start of Spring. We can make..after all tomorrow, and Friday are, in reality, just one day closer to Spring.
And I'll be darned, I actually got this blog done without this machine breaking. More reason for hope!!! (Lord I need a beach BAD Bro!)
