WEATHER BLOG: Welcome To Spring
Hi Everyone!!
And welcome to Spring. It has been an interesting morning. Our airtime temp was 35 degrees. Two weeks ago that would have been a reason to go to the beach and party but this day start it felt chilly. Milder days, and that stronger Sun are changing our perspective. GOOD. FINALLY.
This week, due to a big warm front cruising across the country we will see, on Thursday, our first 70 degree reading, on a few car thermometers, and maybe our first thunderstorm of the season. heck Wednesday night because of that front the overnight low will be 50.
I will leave you with today's records because they are really impressive on the temperature roller coaster scale. Here is how widely our early spring temps can swing. The record high 82 in 1907. 82!!! The record low 16 degrees in 1934. 16.
