Police Search For Missing Woodlawn Man
WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police are searching for a missing man from Woodlawn.
David Harvey Scott, 62, was last seen at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the NCIA building in the 2600 block of Lord Baltimore Drive.
Scott suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, police say, so there is concern about his whereabouts.
Police say Scott can only walk in a backwards direction. He's described as 5-foot-5, 130 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a helmet, plaid shirt, vest, black cargo pants and white tennis shoes.
