Today is yet another fantastic day with temp already well above average for this time of year. Low to mid 70s should be common across the region this afternoon. A cold front will approach the region tonight and this will bring increasing clouds. Showers will likely break out by daybreak and continue through the early part of Tuesday before we dry out. Highs on Tuesday will be cooler than today and in the mid 60s.
