WEATHER BLOG: Tropical Downpours

Tropical downpours across much of Northern Maryland. That's been producing some local flooding of some roads and small streams, and has prompted a Flash Flood Warning til around 2 a.m. By tomorrow, a front will be approaching the region and that will again likely produce more locally heavy rains before clearing and much drier air moves our way later tomorrow evening and Wednesday. For the rest of the week, it looks like a much cooler and drier pattern will remain in place--a complete turnaround from the high dew point and very warm weather of the past two days. Stay tuned for future updates regarding the rains and any warnings.
