WEATHER BLOG: Intense Storms
Hi Everyone!
So how about that weather last night? Well to be honest we needed the rain, but that got really intense. If you do not have the WJZ weather app you really need to download it. Last night I used it for the radar function because I was hell bent on grilling a pork tenderloin. And I did.
Using radar I saw there would be a break in the rain, so I started the tenderloin in the oven, and then grilled it off when the dry slot moved over my home. I pulled that sucker off just in the nick of time as the radar showed another heavy cell approaching my neighborhood.
This may look like shameless self promotion for that app but it is not. Just the story of how some modern tech saved dinner.
Today a diminishing chance of issues, and I think a great sunset awaits. More grilling? Ya think?? of course what fun will bit be if I am not dogging lighting and drenching rain?
I am thinking, maybe some grilled salmon!
