Private Business Jet Lands In Grass At BWI
LINTHICUM, Md. (WJZ) -- A small business jet ended up in the grass near the end of the runway this morning at Baltimore-Washington Airport.
According to BWI, the jet landed in the grass at the end of runway 15L-33R.
Spokesman Jonathan Dean told the Associated Press the Cessna Citation arrived shortly after 8 a.m. and was traveling from a runway to a taxiway when it apparently had a mechanical problem.
No injuries were reported and the aircraft was towed from the grass.
No impact was made on commercial flights.
