Woman Carjacked In Odenton; Suspect Sought

ODENTON, Md. (WJZ)—Police in Anne Arundel County are searching for a man after they say he carjacked a woman last night in Odenton.

It happened just before 10:00 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Hackberry Ct.

Police say a 32-year-old woman parked her vehicle in front of her residence when she was approached by a man.

Authorities say the suspect then pointed a handgun at the victim, demanded her keys and then fled with her black BMW with Maryland tag: 1AY3980. The BMW was located Sunday afternoon, police say the suspect is still at large.

The suspect is described as a white male, early 20's, 6' 3", 170lbs, with curly dirty blonde hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a light colored t-shirt.
