14 Persons Of Interest, 7 Vehicles Sought In Death Of DC Journalist

WASHINGTON (WJZ)—Authorities in Washington are seeking the public's help in locating seven vehicles and 14 persons of interest in connection with the shooting death of a D.C. journalist.

27-year-old Charnice Milton, who was a reporter for the Capital Community News was shot to death in the 2700 block of Good Hope Road on May 27th just before 10:00 p.m.

WNEW reports that Milton was changing buses on her way home from covering a community meeting in southeast when she was shot by a gunman on a dirt bike who was apparently trying to shoot someone else. She later died at a local hospital.

Police say 14 people and 7 vehicle can be seen in this video.

Anyone with any information is asked to call (202) 727-9099. Authorities are offering a reward up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of the persons responsible.
