Dennis Pitta On His Upcoming Softball Game With The Wounded Warriors

Dennis Pitta is a tight end for the Baltimore Ravens who played his college football at Utah.

Dennis joined Ed and Ken to talk about the Comcast Sportsnet Amputee Warrior Softball Classic this Saturday at Prince George's Stadium in Bowie.

Dennis started off by talking about his recovery from a 2nd hip injury and if he's ahead of schedule saying "it's tough to tell with these injuries there is no real timetable on it...I'd love to say I'm ahead of schedule but I'm just not sure." As for the softball game tomorrow night Dennis said "it supports the wounded warrior foundation which should be a lot of fun...somehow I've been named manager and I don't know about my managerial skills but we'll see." As for his take on Maxx Williams and Breshad Perriman and any other rookies who have impressed Dennis said "both are really talented guys, it's great to have weapons like them on the offensive side of the ball...we've got a lot of guys out there playing hard and doing really well, our other tight end Nick Boyle is doing well and making a mark."
