Hi Everyone,

Looks like big issues today. At 1 PM heat advisories will go into action. By 3 PM we will be seeing some possible severe weather begin to fire up in the Mid Atlantic. All of this is the cause, and effect, of a strong cold front slamming into a VERY hot and humid air mass with "Real Feel" temps over 100. Basic weather science to be honest.

I know I have discussed ya'll downloading our mobile weather app and I want to do that again. It is an easy way to get immediate alerts. Pretty simple, and it's free. And it will get a work out today. Enough said.

As we put today's weather behind us tomorrow should be pretty darn good. and maybe the last real nice day until early next week. At this time, and we will hit on this more tomorrow, the weekend weather looks like a gray, damp, and cool. By cool I mean the low 70's. Let's get through today and we will discuss Fir/Sat/Sun further tomorrow.
