Hundreds Join March Against Violence In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Hundreds of people marched through Baltimore calling for an end to the violence that has claimed more than 150 lives this year.

The third annual 300 Men March on Friday night drew hundreds of participants along a 10-mile march down West North Avenue and back.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said she attended to march and pray for an end to the violence that has plagued the city this year.

March organizers said this year's demonstration as focused on the memory of 12 children killed this year.
