Jamey Eisenberg Shares His Latest Fantasy Football Tips

CBS Sports senior fantasy writer Jamey Eisenberg joined the Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn to discuss some fantasy football as NFL Training Camp quickly approaches.

Scott asked Jamey who he thought was the number one player in fantasy football heading into the season. "It depends on the format you're talking about, and if you're talking about today, if Le'Veon Bell's suspension is reduced down to one game, I will move him back up to the number on spot because I think he is worth drafting there. But as it stands right now with his suspension at three games, in standard leagues I like Eddie Lacey number one, in point per reception format, I'll take Jamaal Charles."

Jamey also commented on some players who he thought were overvalued and named one that is playing for a new team. "The one guy I'm avoiding, Demarco Murray left the best offensive line in the NFL. He's going to a great system in Philadelphia, but Ryan Matthews is now there, Darren Sproles really hurt LeSean McCoy from a receiving standpoint last year. He is somebody I don't want to draft this year based on where you need to pick him."

Before leaving, Jamey also gave his opinion on Raven running back Justin Forsett, who had a breakout year last season. "If he's drafted in the right spot, I think he is going to be good. Trestman is going to do great things with him. I like that he [Trestman] is incorporating what Gary Kubiak did, along with bringing in his own principles."
