2 Teens Rescued From Water In Harford County

JOPPA, Md. (WJZ) -- Two teenage girls are rescued from the water in Joppa, Harford County.

Fire officials say the teens were swimming in Winters Run when the current swept them downstream.

They were able to climb to a rock while their friends called for help.

Using a rope, firefighters pulled the 16 and 17-year-old safely to shore.
