Md. Teen Killed In UTV Accident
CLINTON, Md. (AP) -- Authorities say a 17-year-old was killed while driving an off-road vehicle in Clinton.
The Maryland National Capital Park Police say the accident occurred on Saturday, when a 17-year-old boy and two other juveniles were riding in a UTV on the grounds of the Stephen Decatur Community Center and Middle School on Pinewood Drive.
Police say the vehicle crashed, and the boy was taken to MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The other riders were uninjured.
Police say investigators are looking into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
