Man's Body Recovered In Md. Waters, 18th Boating Fatality
NORTH EAST, Md. (WJZ) -- Maryland Natural Resources Police have reported the 18th boating fatality this year after the body of a man was found in Cecil County.
According to police, the body of 33-year-old James Livermore of Millersville, Pa. was recovered Tuesday morning from the North East River.
Police have been reporting an uptick in boating deaths this season and attribute some of them to people not wearing life vests and speed.
