Carbon Monoxide Leak Reported At AACo. Restaurant

SEVERNA PARK, Md. (WJZ) -- Seven people are hospitalized for carbon monoxide poisoning at an Anne Arundel County restaurant.

Fire officials say high levels of carbon monoxide were detected at the Noodles and Company in the 500 block of Ritchie Highway in Severna Park.

Seven people were split among local hospitals, including two who are being treated in the hyperbaric chamber.

The leak appears to have been caused by a faulty hood that wasn't ventilating properly.
