Baltimore City Students Head Back To Class
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The new school year kicks off for city public school students Monday.
Some of the students will have special guests in their classrooms.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and several school board members will be dropping in.
It's a part of the annual walking bus tour, which highlights the importance of good attendance.
Last week, public school students in Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, Frederick and Hartford counties went back to school.
Carroll County Public Schools also reopen Monday.
