Motorcycle Crash Leaves 2 Dead In Calvert County

CALVERT COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) – A motorcycle crash in Calvert County left two dead on Thursday night.

Conrado Rago Fabricante Jr., 55, and his 57-year-old rear passenger Lauren Shelby Pitt were traveling northbound on Route 4 in the area of Rousby Hall Road.

When entering an intersection, a Jeep Wrangler crashed into them, ejecting both Fabricante and Pitt from the motorcycle.

Immediately after the crash, both the Harley Davidson motorcycle and the car that crashed into it caught fire.

Fabricante and Pitt were then pronounced dead on the scene.

Calvert County Sheriff's Office is conducting an investigation leading into the events of the crash. Anyone with information should call the police at 410-535-2800.
